ANALISIS PERSEPSI WISATAWAN TERHADAP INFRASTRUKTUR WISATA DAN KENYAMANAN OBJEK WISATA AIR TERJUN KERMON DISTRIK YAWOSI BIAK UTARA

Abstrak

Tourism infrastructure is an essential part of development in the tourism sector. The real condition of the infrastructure at the Kermon Waterfall tourist attraction is not very supportive for the activities of tourist visitors. This condition will certainly affect the experience and convenience of traveling. This research aims to determine the perceptions of tourists about the condition of the supporting infrastructure and the comfort they get during their tour to the tourist sites of Kermon Waterfall, Yawosi, North Biak District. The analysis method used is descriptive in which the data that has been collected is analyzed quantitatively and qualitatively. To answer the first research question, the frequency distribution technique analysis is used on the respondents' perception with a Likert scale and to answer the second research question, Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) technique analysis  is used to assess the comfort or amenities values obtained by tourist visitors. The results show that the availability of adequate infrastructure is not fully found at the location of Kermon Waterfall tourist attraction, therefore the results of the data analysis show the number of respondents' perceptions of the availability of infrastructure at the Kermon waterfall tourist attraction is not good. Furthermore, according to reality, the comfort of tourist visitors for  being at the Kermon Waterfall tourist site is in an uncomfortable qualification. The reasons are the inability of the object manager and the local government to prepare some basic infrastructure such as drainage and disposal, electricity networks, parking lots, and health, as well as laws which are the basic needs of tourists.
